We here at Soap Slicers strive to
give you, our customer, the highest quality products that we can
possibly offer. The following issues may come up at any given time
without prior notice:
- Variance in
color, texture, and design is bound to happen from time to
time.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any
style or fragrance (or combination) at any time as we see
fit.
- If a product that you have ordered is
currently on back order, discontinued do to seasonal sales or any
other reason Soap Slicers will:
- Attempt to contact you via email no less
than twice to arrange an acceptable replacement product(s).
- Attempt to contact you via email no less
than twice to arrange a reasonable shipping date for the back
ordered product(s).
- All returns*
are subject to our discretion, must be unopened, and are
charged a 20% restocking fee.
- All orders are shipped as our default method
which currently is UPS Ground.
We reserve the right to change our
default shipping method as we see fit at any point and time and also
reserve the right to ship via a different carrier unless otherwise
noted or arranged.
- All return freight/postage is the
responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted or arranged.
- Soap Slicers reserves the right to refuse to
sell to any one person or company as we see fit. This includes all
past, current, and future Soap Slicers customers.
- Soap Slicers reserves the right to change
and/or limit the types of payments accepted at any point and time.
